Eggless Orange Cupcakes / Orange Cupcakes With Orange Buttercream Frosting


This is one cake i wants to bake for quite a long time.. tweaking it just a bit to  tantalize your tasty buds with a lovely brust of orange.. I then piped some Orange butter cream with a flavour of fresh orange.. Cupcakes make with a flavour of orange that makes soft and yummy and pretty healthy as well...



I adapted this cupcake with my friend food blog she make this cupcakes with wheat flour and cornflour and oil... But i make this cupcakes with  butter and all purpose flour .. You can skip the frosting part of the cupcakes and enjoy it as a plain cupcakes or dusting with icing sugar...

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes - 12 cupcakes

INGREDIENTS :

All purpose flour / Maida - 1  1/2 cup
Fresh orange juice - 1 cup 
Orange essence - 1 tspn
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tspn
Baking soda / Cooking soda - 1/2 tspn
Orange zest - 1 tbspn
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup
Butter cream frosting - as needed (orange butter cream)
Sprinkle - as needed

METHOD :



  • Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C.
  • Lined the baking cupcakes tray with cupcakes wrappers.. Set aside.
  • In a sifter add flour, baking powder, baking soda and sieve well.
  • Take soften butter, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, orange essence, mix well till the sugar melts..
  • Add in flour mixture and fold it gently..
  • Use the scooper to scoop the batter in muffin tray and bake it for 15 to 20 mins..
  • Or insert the tooth pick, it comes out clean the cake is done..
  • Remove it and cool completely...
  • Frosting with butter cream as your wish..
  • Top with sprinkle and serve..
  • Enjoy..


PICTORIAL :



Take all your ingredients
Lined the muffin tray with cupcakes wrappers, keep aside
Take flour in a sifter
Add in baking soda
Add in baking powder
Sieve well
Take your oranges
First zest them
Cut them into two
Juice them you need a cup of orange juice
Take soften butter in a wide bowl
Add in sugar
Mix well
Once it mix well
Add in orange zest
Orange juice
Mix well till sugar melts
Add in orange essence (optional)
Now add in flour mixture
Fold gently
Scoop it on muffin wrappers
Bake it
See how it bakes beautifully
Allow to cool completely
Take a piping bag filled it with butter cream
It's time for piping
Take a cupcake
Pipe it over
My lovely sprinkles
Top it with sprinkles
Done
Serve

How To Cook Basmati Rice For Pulao And Fried Rice


Today we are going to learn, how to cook basmati rice for fried rice, pulao, vareity rice, etc.. For that the rice can be cooked al dente, that meaning just about cooked.. In this post i giving a step by step method of cooking rice is perfect and helpful for beginners.. This technique can be implemented if you wants to cook rice for any stir fry dish...


Here the rice can be cool completely for this type of dishes.. Rice aromatic smell of rice can be choosen, i used INDIA GATE - CLASSIC.. you can you any branded rice for this process.. There are basic recipes in my blog..

Preparation Time : 2 mins
Cooking time : 15 mins
Makes - 2 bowls of rice

INGREDIENTS :

Basmati rice - 1 1/2 cups
Water - 6 cups
Coconut oil - 2 tbspn
Salt - 1 tspn

METHOD :

  • Rinse rice very well till the water runs clear of starch.. drain and keep aside..
  • Heat a pot with 6 cups of water bring to a gentle boil..
  • Add drain rice to the hot water..
  • For 2 mins cook the rice in medium flame without lid..
  • When the rice is half cooked add in salt and oil and mix well.
  • When the rice became al dente or just cooked
  • Remove the pot from the fire and strain the rice 
  • Allow to cool completely..
  • Enjoy..

Take all your ingredients
Rinse rice very well till the water runs clear of starch
Drain and keep aside
Heat a pan with water
Allow to boil
Add in washed rice
Mix well
Allow to boil
Add in salt
Mix well
Add in spoon of oil
Allow to roll boil
MIx well
Keep an eye on it
Look this consistency (correct)
Strain it 
Cool completely
Use as needed
