Mutton Keema Sandwich Bites / Minced Meat Stuffed Sandwich


Keema sandwich reicpes are always go-to the choice when I came to party snacks or picnic or tiffin snacks for kids to take to school.... Not only they are awesome, but also very easy to prepare, I usually perfer to use meat as stuffing in my sandwich as they are a rich source of protein and very tasty.. 



In this recipe, I have used minced mutton cooked in variety of hot spices along with onion tomato mixture makes the sandwich more flavorful and delicious treat for you... I cut the sandwich into small pieces which the kids can bite it easily.... Serve with yogurt sauce or tomato sauce the combination is unforgettable one...

INGREDIENTS :

FOR STUFFING :

Mutton - 1 cup / 250 gms (boneless)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger galic paste - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt - as needed
Water - 1/2 cup

FOR SANDWICH :

Bread slices - as needed
Tomato - 1 (sliced into round)
Pav bhaji masala powder - as needed (sprinkle on the top)


METHOD :

  • Cut the mutton into small pieces and add to the blender and pulse it for 3 to 4 times..
  • Now the minced mutton is ready.. set aside..
  • Heat a pan with gingelly oil, add in onions saute till transparent..
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and toss along with onions..
  • Once they toss well, add in chopped tomatoes and salt..
  • And mix it well till they mushy, add in all spices powder and toss along with tomatoes..
  • When mix evenly, add in minced mutton and mix well with the spices mixture..
  • Saute well for 2 mins and add in little amount of water and mix well..
  • Then add in chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Close the lid and whistel it for 3 to 4 whistle and open the lid..
  • Now it is little watery so cook it low flame till the water evaporate..
  • Mutton keema masala stuffing is ready, keep aside..
  • Take your bread slices, spoon some stuffing in and spread evenly..
  • Place a slice of tomato in, close with another slice of bread and place it in toaster, close it..
  • When they done, open it and cut them into triangles or small pieces..
  • Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala powder (but this is optional)
  • Serve hot and enjoy..


PICTORIAL :

Take your mutton pieces and wash it well
Take them in blender
Pulse it three to 4 times, keep aside
Take all your ingredients 
Heat a oil in a pressure cooker
Add in chopped onion
Toss till they transparent
Add in ginger garlic paste
Saute well for 2 mins
Add in chopped tomatoes and salt
Toss till they mushy
Add in all spices powder 
Toss along with tomato onion mixture
Add in minced mutton pieces
Saute well in masala for 2 mins
Add little amount of water
Mix it well, check for the salt
Add in coriander leaves
When it bring to boil
Close the lid and pressure cook it for 4 whistle
Now it's done, but little watery
Heat in low flame till water evaporate
Remove them to a bowl
Take your bread slices
Spoon some filling
Spread it evenly
Place a slice of tomato
Close it with another bread slice
Place it in toaster, spread some butter is optional
Toss till they done
Remove it to a cutting board
Cut them into three pieces
Cut them into small pieces
Transfer them into a plate
Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala 
(I used homemade powder)
Serve hot
Yummy and delicious
