Tomato Rasam Recipe / Thakkali Rasam

Rasam is an integral part of South indian meals... This is very simple rasam prepared with tomatoes, crushed garlic, and spices... I mostly prepared this rasam with a simple vegetable stir fry or chicken 65 to go along with it.... It is not only taste but also soothing when suffering from cold or fever...

But it was looking for a kerala style rasam recipe and this recipe was from my friends.. She loved it very much and the flavur of the crushed garlic which gives a unique aromatic smell than the usual rasam recipes... The coconut oil tempering is so good in this rasam.. I had this in draft so through to post it today.. I have already posted another version of Amma's tomato rasam which is often prepared by my mom at home....

So i hope that you must try this rasam and let me know how it's turns out from you....
