No Bake Oreo Mousse Cake


Hai I am with a delicious dessert taken care of eariler in the day with this No bake, oreo mousse cake... I was so excited to make this cake as the couldn't fined the right cookies for the crust when were i live so used Oreo crumbs.. This impressive an dinsanely delicious dessert requires only few ingredients, but that can be your little secret...




The taste is filled in coffee powder which gives a aromatic taste of coffee in each and every bite... My sister is the lover of no bake fresh cream dessert, she loves a chocolate sauce which is poured over the cake, i know it is going to be divine.. I prepared some chocolate mousse for this recipe, which i posted already in my blog...





 So i hope that you must try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you..




Prepatation time : 30 mins
Cooking time : 15 mins
Setting time : 2 to 4 hours
Serve - 6 to 10

INGREDIENTS :

Oreo cookies - 4 (arrange over the crust)

FOR CRUST :

Oreo cookies - 7 to 8 
Unsalted butter - 50 grams..

FOR TOPPING :

Chocolate Mousse - 1 cup 

FOR CHOCOLATE SAUCE :

Dark chocolate chips - 1 cup

Sugar - 2 tbspn
Water - 3 tbspn
Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tspn

METHOD :



  • Take butter in a microwave safe bowl, pop it in oven for 1 mins and melt it down..
  • Now take oreo in a blender and powder them..
  • Take them in a bowl, pour some butter and mix well.
  • Spoon this into the serving dish and smoothen it evenly...


  • Now arrange broken oreo cookies over it..


  • Spread some chocolate mousse over it..


  • Take water, sugar and coffee powder in a sauce pan, heat till the sugar is melted..
  • Add in chocolate chips and heat in a very low flame till the chocloate is completely melted.
  • And leave for 20 mins it is completely cooled..
  • Now the chocolate sauce is ready..
  • Now pour this over the mousse and set it in fridge for 3 to 4 hours
  • Serve chill..

PICTORIAL :



Add some water in a sauce pan
Some sugar in it 
Coffee powder and allow to melts completely
Now add chocolate chips
Keep mixing them on low heat till the 
chocolate is melted and allow to cool completely
Melted some butter in a microwave bowl
Take your oreo cookies in a blender
With cream
Powder them
Remove them to a bowl
Add in melted butter
Mix that around
Take a serving dish
Pour the mix in
Smooth the top
Now it's done
Now arrange the broken oreo over it
You need some Chocolate Mousse 
Dollop some of them in
Spread it out
Now it is evenly spread
Now add in chocolate sauce
Now it's all covered
Pop this in fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours
Now it's done
Slice and serve
