Lunch Meals Recipe - 2 (Puli Kuzhambu, Kootu, Poriyal, Dal, Curd)



SOUTH INDIAN VEGETARIAN LUNCH MENU - 2 :

This is a very traditional tamil lunch.. I have prepared Pulli Kuzhambu (you can used any tamarind based kuzhambu)... Best i feel the best combination for Pulli Kuzhambu is Katti Paruppu which means simple dal best with a spoon of ghee on white boiled rice is awesome.. Then White Pumpkin Kootu, which is mild with the kuzhambu.. And the last porial is potato Puttu.. my favourite one with Pulli kuzhambu.... South indian menu is incomplete without curd and appalam also included in this meals....
