Marbled Cookies

These marble chocolate - vanilla cookies are very pretty to look at and divine to devour. The key is using good ingredients. Make sure that you use real vanilla and reallyt good semisweet chocolate. The marble effect is also really pretty when served.

This is the eggless cookies recipe... This requires simple ingredients and it is sooooogood.... Actually speaking this just melts in your mouth......As usual i am going to give step by step photos for this recipe....

One final tips - be really careful wih the timing on your cookies. If you overbake them, you'll get rock - hard cookies. Tirunelveli Sodhi Kuzhambu / Maapillai Sodhi

Sodhi Kuzhambu / Maapillai Sothi is made with coconut milk and very midly spiced which means it perpect for kids or for people whom doesn't like spicy food. It is the South Indian style kuzhambu especially in tirunelveli and a mild yellow coconut curry goes nicely with the iddiyappam and hot steamed white rice.. this my all time favourite!

This dish is support to be a srilankan / malaysian curry, But it is very famous in tirunelveli district. SOTHI is a dish I learn recently from my hubby's sister, and which is a regular dish at home. I love coconut based curry and kuzhmbu, especially with rice..
