Tirunelveli Sodhi Kuzhambu / Maapillai Sodhi

Sodhi Kuzhambu / Maapillai Sothi is made with coconut milk and very midly spiced which means it perpect for kids or for people whom doesn't like spicy food. It is the South Indian style kuzhambu especially in tirunelveli and a mild yellow coconut curry goes nicely with the iddiyappam and hot steamed white rice.. this my all time favourite!

This dish is support to be a srilankan / malaysian curry, But it is very famous in tirunelveli district. SOTHI is a dish I learn recently from my hubby's sister, and which is a regular dish at home. I love coconut based curry and kuzhmbu, especially with rice..
