INGREDIENTS :
Wheat bread - 1 pocket
Butter - 25 grams
Garlic - 6 cloves (minced)
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Capsicum - 1 (sliced)
Potatoes - 2 (mashed)
Tomatoes - 1(sliced)
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chinese seasoning - 1 tsp
Cilantro - few
Mint - few
Tomato sauce - as needed for bread
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- In a kadai add butter and then minced garlic, and roast it till brown.
- Now add onions, capsicum and toss it well in the butter
- Add in potato, chilli powder, pepper powder, and tomatoes, and toss well.
- Add in cilantro, mint, chinese seasoning, and some salt, and then saute for a min.
- Take your bread slices spread tomato sauce evenly on the slice.
- Take a spoon of fillings and spread it on the bread slice.
- Cover it with other slice bread and now toast in the bread toaster.
- Now the sandwich is ready to serve.

Take your ingredients
Add butter to your pan
Add in minced garlic
Toss well till brown
Add in onion and capsicum
Toss it for a min
Now add in mash potatoes
Add in pepper powder
Add in chilli powder
Tomatoes
Cilantro and mint
Chinese seasoning
Add some salt
Now the filling is ready
Take your bread slices
A spoon of tomato sauce
Spread it evenly
Spread filling evenly on the bread
Cover with the other bread
Place it on the bread toaster
Close and toast it
Now it's ready
Serve hot
