Pazham Pori / Pazha Bajji

Bajji is a deep fried indian snack. It is generally prepared by dipping a slice of vegetable in besan or maida flour and deep fried them in a wok. mostly they are savory snacks serve with a cup of tea..For a change I prepared this sweet bajji for yesterday's evening snack.
