Bajji is a deep fried indian snack. It is generally prepared by dipping a slice of vegetable in besan or maida flour and deep fried them in a wok. mostly they are savory snacks serve with a cup of tea..For a change I prepared this sweet bajji for yesterday's evening snack.
I used plantain fruit (etham pazham / nentharam palam in tamil), a wild variety of ripe banana. I have tasted this kind of bajji in trivandrum, but in a large shape(pazham pori). After that my mom prepared at home in small size, The taste is really superb and we are the best fan of this snacks items. When I prepared this dish, I really missed my sister.. It is a best snacks from the cuisine of kerala.
