Bittergourd Pepper Fry


Preperation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 7 mins
Frying time : 10 mins

INGREDIENTS :  

Bitter gourd / pavakka - 10 (small)
Shallots / small onions - 10 ( chopped)
Oil - 2 spn
Salt as needed.

FOR GRINDING :

Red chilli - 3
Pepper - 1 spn
Feenel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 sticks
Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 cloves

METHOD "

  • Wash and sliced bitter guard into thin strips.
  • Now heat a pan with oil and deep fry the bitter gourd and it must be crispy.
  • Take away and transfer into a tissue papper. untill the extra oils were absorb.
  • Now grind the grinding things as mensioned in the ingredients " FOR GRINDING" in coarse form.
  • In a kadai add oil, chopped onions, salt and grinded masala and toss it for 2 mins.
  • Then add fried bitter gourd to that and toss well in a slow flame.
  • Now the bitter gourd pepper fry is ready to serve.


PICTORIAL :


 Take your ingredients
 Take grinding items
 Add to the blender
 Grind into coarse form
 Add some oil to the kadai and allow to heat well
 Cut the bitter gourd into strips
 Fry it over
 Take away and transfer into a tissue papper
 Add onions in same oil and fry it for a min
 Add in grinded masala
 Seasoning some salt
 Then fried bitter gourd
 Toss it for 5 min untill the oil seperates
 Now it's ready
 Serve

I have never liked bitter gourd in my life untill i started making this bitter gourd fry. And thought i will like it only if this way, that is deep fries. Now i could not belive iam cooking bitter gourd and iam eating too....Try this out, you would love too if you have any wrong ask me......
