This taste ...Add in cooked potato and toss well in the oil that gives exellent taste to the dish. If you feel there is more amount of moisture in this dish and sprinkled some rice flour (optional) on it and toss lightly.

INGREDIENTS :
Chinese potato / Siru kizhangu - 1/2 kg sliced
Mustard - 1 tspn
Urad dal - 1/2 tspn
Small onions - 3 (finely chopped)
Curry leaves as requied
Coconut - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
FOR MASALA :
Red chilli - 5 nos
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
Garlic clove - 1
Small onions - 8 nos
METHOD :
- Grind the grinding items into paste.
- In a kadai add sliced chinese potato, salt and water and cooked it untill it became soft.
- And now keep cooked sliced potatoes aside.
- In another kadai add oil, mustard, urad dal, chopped small onion, curry leaves.
- Fry them for 2 mins untill they get brown, and add grinded masala, turmeric powder, salt
- Toss them in oil for 2 mins, and add in cooked chinese potato and again toss them.
- Now add coconut and toss them.
PICTORIAL :
Take masala ingredients
Add masala items in a blender
Grind in to a paste
Add sliced chinese potato / siru kizhangu
Comes to boil
When it's half cooked
Add salt to that
When you taste it and it have a bit
Take ur ingredients
Add in oil in the kadai
Mustard, urad dal
Add in chopped onions
Then curry leaves
Add in grind masala items in it
Toss it well and add turmaric powder
Salt
cooked potato
Toss them and add coconut to it
Mix evenly
It's done
