I tasted this mushroom pepper fry in a restaurant and I wanted to recreate the hotel style mushroom pepper fry at home too... Yesterday I prepare this fry, it comes out very well. I match with corn pulao and the taste wise it is so good and delicious, totally family loved it.. It is also a better lunch box sidedish because this fry must prepared in less time.. So try this simple dish for your family members...

INGREDIENTS :
Button Mushroom - 25 nos
Oil - 2 tspn
Garlic - 6 (Crushed)
Chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
METHOD :
- Cut the mushroom into small medium size pieces.
- In a pan add oil, crushed garlic, and toss it untill it became brown.
- Add in mushroom, salt and toss it well.
- Till the mushroom changes it's colour..
- When its 1/2 cooked add all the spice powder and toss well till the raw smell is gone.
- Noted that stir fry it low flame, it should not be burn..
- Now it is ready to serve.
PICTORIAL :
Take your ingredients
Add in oil
Garlic
Toss till brown
Add in mushroom
Add salt
Toss it again
Add in pepper powder
Some chilli powder
Add in gram masala
Toss untill the raw smell is gone
Serve
