Eventhough it is a simple dish it taste is awesome, Usually we grilled in oven or grilled pan but in this dish I use normal non - stick pan, here itself it grilled very well. Especially this recipe is for our lovely kids because it is spicyless and also the cauliflower cooked in the butter that gives excellent flavorful taste to the dish.
We may use carrot or mixed vegetables instead of cauliflower. But in same preparation method.. soon I post mixed grilled vegetable in my blog.. So this yummy and delicious dish at your home and hope your kids really loved it......

Item : starters
INGREDIENTS :
Cauliflower - 1 small (cut into small medium size pieces)
Butter - 2 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Warm water - 1 cup
METHOD :
- Soak the cauliflower in warm water for 5 mins and wash well with your hands.
- Now in a kadai add butter and also add washed cauliflower fry it over in the butter for 5 mins.
- Add in minced garlic and toss well untill it changed into brown.
- When the cauliflower is half cooked add in salt and pepper powder and toss well untill the raw smell is gone.
- When it's evenly mix and let it fry for 5 mins. Untill the cauliflower is soft.
- Now the grilled cauliflower is ready. Then serve hot.....
Take your ingredients
Wash it in the warm water
Knead it with your hands
Add butter in your pan
Add washed cauliflower and toss it well in the butter
Add in garlic
Toss well untill it colour will change into brown
Now add salt
Some pepper powder
Toss well untill the raw smell is gone
Now it's ready
Serve it hot
