Fried Garlic Cloves For Kids


It is a very traditional and popular south indian village, medicine for kids, toddlers and all, And it is rich in healthy compount known as allicins that helps to protect against cancer and heart disease. Many healthy experts consider garlic to be a super medicinal food due to it's numerous healthy denefits. 


It's benifits are reliving cough, killing parasites, increasing physical strength, and preventing gangrene. After roast the garlic ROBUST flavour comes from that so the kids definitely eat this in empty stomach. 


So I hope that you must try this (nattu maruthu) medicine for every sunday to your kids as well as your family members...

INGREDIENTS :

Garlic - 25 (cloves)

METHOD :

  • First heat a pan well and add garlic cloves to that.
  • Now roast in the kadai for 10 min in medium flame.
  • Untill the cloves to became golden colour or till the nice aroma comes from the cloves.
  • Then tranfer into a plate and let them cool a bit.
  • Peel the garlic with knife carefully because it is very soft.
  • Now it is ready to eat. 
  • Serve to your kids in empty stomach..


PICTORIAL :

 Take garlic
 Seperate the cloves and add them to a pan
 Roasted it in medium flame
 Lightly turns it's colour 
or till the nice aroma comes from it..
 Let it be cool for a bit 
Looks how they roasted
 Peel the skin
Now all are done
  Serve 
Enjoy it in empty stomach
