How To Make Fresh Cream Frosting


I really love love love fresh cream frosting cake.. Usually we buy fresh cream cakes in the store but it is easy to prepare at home. The important thing in the cake is icing on the top so lets we see how to prepare it in simple way. 


Preparation time : 15 mins 
Beating time : 15 mins
Items - to frosting the cake

INGREDIENTS :

Milky mist fresh cream - 500 ml
Gelatine - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essance - 1 tsp
Icing sugar - 300grams

METHOD :

  • Take some gelatine in a bowl and soak for 10 mins..
  • Take freah cream in a large mixing bowl and also add in soaked gelatine, vanilla.
  • Use the eletric beater to whip it, keep whipping, first it slowly became thick and stiff.
  • This is the whipping cream, you can use this for frosting cakes as your wish, 


PICTORIAL :


 Take your ingredients
 Pour the fresh in a large mixing bowl
 Add in 1/2 tsp of soaked gelatine 
Soaked some gelatin with water, I forget to take pic
 Add in vanilla
Add in icing sugar
This is the time to take your beatter to whip
Keep whipping
Now it's getting thick
This is stiff peak now..
This is what you use for frosting cakes
Now it's done  at this stage you have to stop whipping
Now see how it is creamy
What next? start to frosting your cake
