Siru kizhangu Avarakkai Poriyal / Chinese Potato With Board Beans Stir Fry

Siru kizhangu avarakkai poriyal is my favorite dish, I love to eat it as it is too. This taste great with plain sambar rice and this delicious indian recipe served as a side dish for the meals prepared in the pongal festival occasions. Siru kizhangu is a seasonal root which you will get in the month of december and january..

We love the falvour of the root tuber. Cleaning this root is a painful one, so soaked in water for 10 mins and rub it with hard cloth... The combination of these siru kizhangu and avarakkai is yummy when we toss it with chilli masala...
