Chocolate CupCake


INGREDIENTS :

All porpose flour / maida - 11/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 200 grms
Egg - 1
Vanilla - 1 1/2 tsp
Cocoa - 4 tbspn
Milk - 1 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp

METHOD :

  • Preheat the oven for 200 degree f.
  • In a mixing bowl add flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix well.
  • Then in a mixing bowl add egg, milk, vanilla, and oil and beat well.
  • Pour it the to the flour mixture and mix till combained.
  • Now ready your muffins tray and spoon this in muffins cases and bake for 20 mins. or untill the cakes are cooked.
  • To cheack if the cake is cooked, just insert a tooth pick inside the cake and it comes out clean, then the cake is cooked.
  • Let this cool completely... When it is cooled you could cover the cupcakes with icing or have it as is...

PICTORIAL :


 Take your ingredients
 Add flour in a mixing bowl
 Add sugar to that 
 Add in cocoa powder
 Mix well 
 Add in baking soda
 In other bowl add egg and beat well
 Add in milk
 Your vanilla
 Oil
 Pour the oil mix into the flour mix
 Mix it evenly
 Take your muffins tray
 Spoon over cupcake cases and bake..
 All done... 
 Looks delicious

I made this recipe and it was yummy. How ever, i suggest that you only fill the muffins cup otherwise your kids ate this without baking. ha.. ha.. ha.. WoW... the cup cakes comes out very well and they are amazing without any icing. but my son ask me to decorate it... My kids really loved it..... especially my daughter when i say it is ready. she come fast from the living room and take 3 cakes in a plate and ate fastly. Iam so surprise to see that.... surely your kids also loved it!!!!!
