Noodles Samosa


Now the stuffed pastries mouth watering samosas are ready to eat. Golden brown crispy on out side and soft and spicy on inside and the taste is as good as they look. Normally samosas are made up of potatoes and peas fillings but i use noodles on it. My friend as well as the hotel chef, he gave me the idea to prepare this type of samosas. I dedicated this samosa to him. Hot samosa is really delicious to eat, Thank you..... chef raj kumar.

Frying time : 5 mins
Serve - 2 to 3

INGREDIENTS :

Veg noodles - 1 cup (left over)
Oil - for frying

FOR SAMOSA :

All purpose flour / maida  - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 spn
Salt - 1/2 spn
Carom seeds / Ajwain - 1/4 tspn
Oil - 1 spn
Water - as required

METHOD :

  • In a bowl add maida, rice flour, carom seeds, oil, water and mix it in to a soft dough.
  • Add kept the dough for 10 mins, and filling is left over noodles.
  • Click Instant veg noodles to click. 
  • Now take a small portion of dough and rollit in to a oval shape.
  • Make a cone from each part and stuff it with a spoon of filling. 
  • Seal the edges carefully using a little water.
  • Repeat with the all remaining ovals and filling to make other samosas.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the samosa on slow flame till golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbant paper. serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients for dough
In a bowl add maida
Carom seeds
Add in rice flour
Salt
Mix well 
Now add water to the flour
Knead to make dough
Take a small portion of dough
Roll it into oval
Cut the edges to make a cone
Make it like this
Now a spoon of filling on it
Seal the edges carefully using a little water
Fold like this
Make remaining samosas also
Heat oil in a kadai
Drop the samosa one by one 
Fry it on a slowflame till brown

It's ready to eat
