Plain and simple boiled noodles is a basic ingredients in almost all indo chinese noodles dishes like Veg noodles, Schezwan Noodles, Mushroom noodles, etc... and many times turn sticky while cooking It will spoil the complete taste and texture of the dish.. This recipe explains how you can prevent them from turning sticky noodles while cooking with step by step pictures with detailed instructions and tips.
I used the Sippy Noodles for the purpose of explaining it but you can use any brand of noodles easily available in your nearest store... So here the recipe and I hope this is useful to you to cook noodles...

INGREDIENTS :
Hakka noodles / instant noodles - 1 pocket
Oil - 2 tbspn
Salt - to taste
Water to cook noodles.
METHOD :
- Bring water in a large pot let them to boil.
- Add in noodles and let it be boil
- Now add in salt and cook for 1 min...
- Boil the noodles untill thye cook for 80 % but not to mushy.
- The process is around 5 mins..
- Once cooked, drain it and wash well with cold water.
- Then add in a spoon of oil and mix it evenly...
- Now the cooked noodles is ready to make noodles recipe.
PICTORIAL :
Take your noodles pack ready
Heat a pan with water
Add in noodles
Let it to boil for 3 mins
Mix well
Now it's almost done...
Add in little bit of salt
Let it cook for 1 mins
Now Drain it
Now add a spoon of oil
Mix it evenly
Now it done
Perfect non sticky noodles...
