Neer mour (yogurt drinks)


Neer mour is natural and traditional yogurt drink that accompanies south indian dish. It's one of my husband's favorite drinks. In villages farmers drink this neer mour when they work in fields.... The taste of this yogurt drink is unique and preparation is fairly simple. This cold drink is not only refreshing for hot summer days but also can be used as an all-natural remedy. So try this summer drink and enjoyed it ......

INGREDIENTS :

Yogurt - 2 cup
Green chilli - 3 (chopped)
Curry leaves - few
Asafoetida - 1 tbspn
Salt - as needed
Water as needed

METHOD :

  • Add yogurt in a bowl and beat well.
  • Then add salt, asafoetida, chopped chillies, and curry leaves to that and again beat well.
  • Now the yogurt is ready to serve. 
  • Take a glass add a ladle of yogurt drink on it and add some water to it.
  • And now the neer mour is ready to serve. 
  • I serve in a pot.

Take your ingredients
Add yogurt in a bowl
Beat well
Add salt
Asafoetida
Then chopped green chillies
Curry leaves
Add some water
Take a ladle full of thick yogurt drink
Add to the glass
Add some water to it and serve
You can store it for 1 day
Serve it
