No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars


No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are simple and easy to make.. Just beat, melts, stir and refrigerate, you have a delicious treat for your parties or any occasions... I saw this recipe in one of my friend's blog and wants to give it try for long time.. But I no more time to try... 


My hubby's friend told me to set and organized his son's Birthday Table on their birthday functions... But that was new to me, so wants to prepare for that arrangements... So search and keep browsing to make it systematic and perfect table organisation... I plan to make the table as a kids special recipe and stuffs... 


This one of the item which make it for the party.. Taste was so good and delicious with a flavour of roasted peanut and never stop with single piece... So you must give it a try and let me know it's turns out from you...

INGREDIENTS :

FOR THE BASE :

Biscuit - 200 grams / 20 to 25 nos (I use milk bikis)
Peanut butter - 1/2 cup / 
Powdered sugar / Confectioners sugar - 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter / Soften butter - 100 grams / 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips - 1 cup

FOR THE TOP :

Chocolate bar - 1 cup (grated)
Peanut butter - 1/2 cup

METHOD :

  • Take biscuit in a blender and powder them.. (finely)
  • Take soften butter and peanut in a bowl and beat with eletric beater, whip till creamy..
  • Now add in powdered sugar and whip them till they combained..
  • Add in powdered biscuit and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Spoon it in patchment paper lined baking square pan.. 
  • Press it evenlt so it form a base..
  • Pop it in fridge till they needed..
  • Now take grated chocolate and peanut butter in a heat proof bowl and place it over the double boiler and mix it gently..
  • It get start melted and spoon it over the base and spread it gently..
  • Set them in fridge for 2 hours till they set..
  • Now take away and remove from the pan, cut them in squares and serve..
  • Enjoy...


PICTORIAL :


Take all your ingredients for the base
Lined the baking tray with patchment paper, keep aside..
In a blender take biscuit
Powdered them finely, keep aside
Take butter in a bowl
Peanut butter in
Whip till creamy
Now it's done
Add in powdered sugar
Whip till creamy
Look how creamy is this
Add in chocolate chips
Add in powdered biscuit
Mix well
Spoon this into the prepared pan
Press it evenly
Now put this in fridge till you make topping
For topping take chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl
Place it over a pan with simmer water
Keep stirring, started to melts
Now it completely melted
Spoon this into the pan
Now this is completely done
Pop it in fridge for 2 hours
Now they are set, remove the paper
Cut them into squares
Serve, kids loved it
Enjoy..
Looks delicious and yummy...
