INGREDIENTS :
Dry ginger / chukku - 1 large piece
Garlic - 4 (cloves)
Pepper - 15
Ajwain / Omam - 2 tsp
Tulsi / tulasi - few
Thuthuvalai - 5 leaves
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Honey - as needed
METHOD :
- In a stone grinder add in dry ginger and powdered it.
- Now in a blender add powdered dry ginger, Pepper, turmeric, ajwain, and grind into a fine powder.
- Add in garlic, tulsi, thuthuvalai, and again grind it into a paste by adding little amount of water.
- And filter it and adding little amount of water. And again fillter it.
- And in the serving glass add honey and fillter medicine and mix well and serve.
- Now the healthy medicine is ready.
