I make it often at home too.... It is quick and easy to prepare because I use instant noodles mix powder (Bakers). You can check it out my other recipes in my blog. While making any stir fry chinese dish, the heat has to be high and ingredients has to tossed and stirred continuously... While making such recipes at home you can use wok or pan with handles.. So it is easy to lift and hold the pan while tossing..

INGREDIENTS :
Boiled noodles - 1 cup (click Boiled noodles to view )
Garlic - 1 tbspn (minced)
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot - 2 nos (finely chopped)
Beans - 8 nos (finely chopped)
Instant noodles mix - 4 spn (i use Bakers)
Salt to taste
Butter - 25 gms
Cilantro / Coriander leaves - as needed.
Spring onions - few chopped
Method :
- In a non- stick pan add butter and allow to melts.
- Then add minced garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add in chopped onions, all the chopped vegetables, salt and toss it well untill the veggies cooked.
- Then add in salt, instant noodles masala and saute them for a couple of mins.
- Now add in Boiled noodles and some cilantro.
- Tosswell cover the pan with the lid and cook it for 2 mins.
- Atlast add spirng onions and mix well.
- Now the instant veg noodles is ready to eat.
- Serve immediately.
PICTORIAL:
Take your ingredients
Add in minced garlic and fry it for few seconds
Add in chopped onions
Add in all cutted veggies and saute for 5 mins
Now add salt
Then add instant noodles mix
Saute for couple of mins
Add in cooked noodles
Some cilantro and mix well
Serve immediately
