Adai is very popular South Indian breakfast recipe made with dal and rice.. It is very healthy than the normal dosa and well goes with coconut chutney or aviyal.. Usually this dosa batter little thicker than our normal idli dosa batter, so it became soft and spongy...The combination of adai is both the rice were soaked with colourful lentils and then they are ground to form a thick batter and later temper with onion and curry leaves...
