Chocolate Roll Triangle Cake

 

This is a amazing chocolate roll triangle cake... Everyone loved it.... I love playing with the cales they are so much to make and eat... Specially when you are having kids around they make a perfect dish to enjoy... I am doing quite a bit of cake recipe for the past few days, I have one more cake recipe coming up as well....


This is such a easy recipe to make, you just need 10 ingredients to make this, so easy and so much fun... your kids will love it sure... There are very few similar cup cakes recipes....




Here i filled caramel chocolate cake with normal butter cream and then roll it into cylinder and then melted some chocolate and spread it on the top of the cake... when we slice the cake it's look amazing...My daughter loved it...I hope that you must try this cake and let me know how it's turns out from you....



Preparation time : 20 mins
Baking time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes - 10 cupcakes...

INGREDIENTS :

All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Egg - 2
Butter - 80 grams
Cocoa powder - 2 tbspn
Baking powder - 1 tspn
Caramel essence - 1 tspn
Vanilla essence - 1 tspn

FOR DECORATING :

Purple colour - few drops
Sugar balls - few
Dark chocolate bar - 50 grams
Butter - 1 tbspn

METHOD :
  • Preheat the oven for 200 degree C.
  • In a mixing bowl add eggs and sugar beat well till sugar dissolves about 3 mins..
  • Then add in baking powder, flour, cocoa powder and beat continuously till creamy consistency.
  • Now add in vanilla essence and mix well..
  • Now add in caramel essence and Fold gently then the colour will be change into dark brown...
  • Now the batter is ready to bake..
  • Pour it to the lenthwise baking tray...Bake them for 15 to 20 mins...
  • Now invert the cake and peel the wrap paper..
  • Allow the cake to cool completely..
  • Then invert the cake and keep aside...

FOR DECORATION :

  • Prepare butter cream frosting and mix purple colour (You mix any colour).
  • Now spread the butter cream frosting on the cake..
  • Now roll them like cylinder and cover it with wrap paper.
  • Then in a microwave safe bowl add chocolate pieces and butter.. heat it for 1 min or till it's melts completely.. 
  • Now open the cake and place it on a serving plate and just pour the chocolate mix over the cake and spread it evenly...
  • Slice and serve...


PICTORIAL :


Take your ingredients
In a mixing bowl crack open all eggs
Add in sugar
Beat till fluffy
Add in butter
Baking powder
Add in flour 
Add in cocoa powder
Stop beating it's done
Add in vanilla 
Then add in caramel sauce
Fold it gently
Pour it to the baking tray
Spread it evenly
Now it's baked
Insert the tooth pic 
It's comes out cleanly 
Now invert the cake 
Peel the wrap paper
Let them to cool completely
I prepare some butter cream
Spoon some cream on the cake
Spread it evenly
Roll it into cylinder
Look like this
Place it on the serving plate
In a microwave safe bowl add some chocolate
A spoon of butter
Allow to melt completely
Mix evenly
Pour it on the cake
Spread it evenly
Now it's done
See how beautiful is this
Slice and serve
