Nutella & Oats Energy Balls With Dulce De Leche


This nutella & oats energy balls are very easy to make and it is perfect to enjoy in evening snacks for your kids after they returns from the school or in their snacks box..  Since it has  gots oats, nutella, nuts, dried fruits, dulce de leche and honey.. you can use peanut butter instead of dulce de leche  


I thought this will make a healthy snacks for your kids.. But i made it and taste it, it is not only healthy but also taste and delicious... It is just all goodness packed in one balls.. The cool thing is it no particular measurements in ingredients..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 4 to 5 mins
Making Time : 7 to 10 mins
Makes - 10 to 12 balls.

INGREDIENTS :

Oats - 1 cup
Nutella - 1/4 cup
Dulce de leche - 1/4 cup
Nuts - 3 tbspn
Tutti frutti / Dried fruits - 3 tbspn
Honey - 2 tbspn
Salt - a pinch

METHOD :

  • Take oats in a dry pan, toss well for few mins..
  • Add them to a blender and make it into coarse powder..
  • Now take all the ingredients in a bowl.. mix well.
  • Now add in powdered oats and mix well.
  • Mix it evenly..
  • Take a small portion and press and shape it into ball.
  • Serve and enjoy..


PICTORIAL :



 Take all the ingredients 
 Add oat in a pan
 Toss it for few mins
 Remove it to a blender
 Blend them into coarsely
 In a bowl spoon some dulce de leche
 Some nutella
 Mix lightly
 Add in honey
 Amount of honey totally depends on your taste
 Mix well
 Now done
 Add in chopped nuts
 Then tutti frutti
 Little bit of salt
 Add in powdered oats
 Mix well till every thing is mix up
 Now done
 Take a small portion
 Roll it into ball
 Now it's all shaped
 Serve..
