I love to have Ney meen curry or Ney meen fry which we prepared at home in sanganan kullam ... This has a amazing taste because its prepared by mom or grandma and we are using fresh neymeen which we get from the oavary seashore.. Whatever we taste at restaurant it never beats the mom's taste... They prepared bulk (upto 4 kg fish) of kuzhambu and share with all my cousins it was most enjoyable...
Neymeen is the tasty fish available through out South Indian...This fish is also called Vanjaram / Sheela in north kerela ans southern coastal karnataka. Some people also called this as "King Mackerels". I already post some recipes..
