A common traditional malai peda made easily at home with condensed milk / milkmaid... This method is super quick and made easily within 20 mins.. Apart from this condensed milk, milk powder, ghee / butter is also added to this peda... there is no need to add sugar in this....
This is slightly more sweet and this comes from who doesnot like too much sweetness in indian swets or desserts.. This is the first time i made this milk peda, i over cook them and it became slightly dark and bit dense and chewy.. but the taste was so good... Here i using half of the condensed milk can and but you can use whole can as double the ingredients...
The simple thing is put all the ingredients in non stick pan and keep stirring it.. That it..... So i hope that you must try this sweets recipe in your special festivals seasons and let me know how it's turns out from you....

INGREDIENTS :
Condensed milk / Milkmaid - 1/2 can
Milk powder - 4 tbspn
Corn flour - 1 tbspn
Ghee - 1 tbspn
Lemon juice - 1 tbspn
Milk - 1/4 cup
Nuts - finely chopped (optional)
METHOD :
- Take all ingredints in a non stick pan except ghee..(but i use ceramic pan)..
- Cook it on medium flame, when it became thickened add a spoon of ghee..
- Mix till the liquid evaporates and mixture leaves the sides of the pan..
- Remove it to a bowl and cool it down.
- Take small portion and shape it into a round ball..
- Make it a press with your thumb finger like peda shape..
- And top it with some chopped nuts...
- Serve and enjoy...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your ingredients
In a pan add in condensed milk
Milk powder
Add in corn flour
Lemon juice
Then 1/4 cup of milk
Now cook this on medium flame..
Keep mixing
When it became thick add in ghee
Keep mixing
Now it's started to get thick
Keep stirring
Mix till it leaves the sides of the pan
Done done
Remove it to a bowl and let it cool
Take a small portion
Shape it into peda
Press the centre with your thumb finger
Place some chopped nuts on the top
Now it's done
Serve
