Kids enjoyed this super crunchy corn flakes because of the crispness... The wonder about the recipe is, that I use fresh box of corn flakes and you will needed to have the melted best quality chocolate should be used in chocolate ganache and it must be ready before begin...

INGREDIENTS :
Corn flakes - 4 cups
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE :
Butter - 75 grams
Condensed Milk / Milkmaid - 1 tin
Dark chocolate - 1 cup / 150 grams (grated)
METHOD :
- In a sauce pan add in butter, chocolate and condensed milk..
- Heat them in low flame, allow to melts..
- Keep stirring, till they melts and combained well..
- Open the pack of corn flakes in a mixing bowl..
- Pour over the half of the chocolate and mix untill evenly coated..
- The chocolate will immediately begin to set.
- Once the chocolate coated well, again repeat with remaining choclate to give a second coat...
- Fastly pour over the butter paper covered baking pan.
- Flatten it lightly and keep them in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours..
- Remove it from the pan and cut them into squares..
- Serve and enjoy...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your ingredients
Prepare your baking tray with butter paper
In a sauce pan add in butter
Add in grated chocolate
Some condensed milk
Heat in low flame
Allow to melts completely, keep stirring
Now they are melted
No this is the texture of the chocolate ganache
Now keep aside
In a mixing bowl, take corn flakes
Pour the half of the chocolate mixture over it
Mix it well
Now pour again
Mix it well
Pour this to the prepared pan and flatten it
Refridge it for 4 hours
Now remove them from the pan
Cut them into slice
Serve them immediately
