It was pretty delicious moist kitkat brownies, where the kitkat add a lovely chewy and crunchy suprise in this white chocolate brownies make deliicous in each and every bite.. Here is something really indulgent and so very delicious for you to try....
This is a brownie which I made for taking it to a relative place... It is made with white chocolate with lot of grated chocolate melted with butter and add them they are mixed with egg mixture to form a brownie batter, add in chopped kitkat and scattered over it...

INGREDIENTS :
Unsalted butter - 70 grams
White chocolate - 225 grams (grated)
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 1/2 cup / 100 grams
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup / 120 grams
Baking Powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
Kitkat chocolate - 1/2 cup (chopped)
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)
METHOD :
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C..
- Line 8 inch pan with parchment paper, butter it well, set aside..
- Take butter in sauce pan melt it lightly..
- Add in grated white chocolate and melted along with the butter.. set aside till they cooled..
- Take flour, salt, baking powder in a sifter and sieve well.
- Take eggs, sugar in a mixing bowl and whip till they fluffy
- Add in vanilla and melted chocolate and whip it up..
- Now add in flour mix and fold it gently..
- Finally add in chopped kitkat pieces and fold evenly..
- Pour this batter to this baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 mins..
- Remove this from the pan and cut them into squares..
- Serve and enjoy...

Take all your ingredients
Prepare your pan
Add some butter in sauce pan
Melt it lightly
Add in white chocolate
Now they melted and allow to cool
In a sifter add in flour
Add in baking powder
Add in salt
Sieve well, but I forget to take picture
In a mixing bowl, crack open eggs
Add in sugar
Beat it well till fluffy
Add in vanilla
Pour the chocolate mix and fold gently
Again whip it well
Add in flour
Now mix it up
Now it's done to bake
Chopped some kitkat chocolate pieces
Add in to the batter
Fold it gently
Spoon this to the pan
Shake well to set evenly
Bake till they beame golden
Check it by insert the tooth pick, which comes out clean
Remove it from the tin
Cut them into squares
Serve
