Carrot Lemonade Juice


Carrot Lemonade Juice is a easy and refreshing juice recipe to reduce your body heat.. This simple juice recipe made with three ingredients.. Every loves a nice tall glass of lemonade especially on hot summer days.. Carrot juice is boared for me, so i decided make my own version of carrot with lemonade.. 


It's turns out very tasty, refresing, healthy, cooling and yummy.. Here iam adding sugar syrup instead of that you can add a tbspn of honey, it's helps to reduce your weight... Somebody add a piece of ginger for their extra kick..

INGREDIENTS :

Carrot - 3 large (peeled)
Sugar Syrup or honey - 1 cup or 2 tbspn
Lemon Juice - 2 tbspn

METHOD :

  • First make the sugar syrup, for that - heat a sauce pan with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water..
  • Allow to melts, keep aside and cool completely..
  • Take your carrots and peel the skin..
  • Slice them and extract the juice with eletric juicer or blender..
  • Add in sugar syrup and some lemon juice..
  • Mix well and pour it to a serving glass.
  • Serve with ice cubes and enjoy...


NOTES :

  1. You can add in honey instead of sugar syrup..
  2. You can add in a piece of ginger in this recipe too.


PICTORIAL :


 Take your fresh carrot 
 Peel the skin
Wash well and slice them to a strips
 Take your blender or juicer
 Extract the juice of the carrot
 Now it's done
 Take your ingredients
 Add in carrot juice in a bowl
 Pour the sugar syrup (1 cup water with 1 cup of sugar)
 Add in lemon juice
 Mix well
 Serve with ice cubes
 Serve immediately
 Enjoy..
