Homemade Cheesy Pizza Balls / Chinese Vegetables Fried Buns


I love pizzas and I make them often at home.. But i wanted to try this recipe so many days, and I made this last week.. I stuffed it with finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrot, beans, cauliflower, cabbage, coriander leaves and cheese.. It turns out crispy outside and soft texture indside.. 


Here i prepare the balls and dip it into the milk and roll it in Homemade bread crumbs and deep fried in the hot oil, it comes out delicious and cheesy.. You can also bake this instead of fried ones.. Fill each ball of pizza dough with whatever the pizza topping you normally like.. Roll the filling up tightly inside the dough, make sure to seal it very well...




You can prepare this a evening snacks for your kids after they return from the school.. Serve it with ketchup and a cup of milk which fulfills your kids tummy...These are great for your kids and toddlers.. So I hope that you must this recipe and let me know how it's turns out from you...

Makes - 5 portion of balls
Rising Time : 1 hours

INGREDIENTS :

Homemade pizza dough - as needed
Oil - for frying.
Bread crumbs - for rolling
Milk - 1/2 cup

FOR FILLING :

Butter - 1 tbspn
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1/2 (chopped)
Veggies - 1 cup (carrot, beans, cauliflower, cabbage)
Tomato sauce - 2 tbspn
Soya sauce - 2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Cheese - as needed (optional)
Oregano - 1 tbspn

METHOD :

  • Prepare your pizza dough and let it rest for 1 hours..
  • While the dough is rising, heat a pan with butter..
  • Add in onion, capsicum and toss for a min or it became transparent..
  • Now add in all the vegetables and stir well for a min..
  • Once it toss add in chilli powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix well.
  • When the veggies are half cooked and in oregano, chopped coriander leaves and now switch off the stove..
  • Let it cool a bit and add in grated cheese and mix well.
  • Now the filling is ready, keep aside..



  • When the dough is risen, punch the air out and once again knead it..
  • Now take the dough and divide it into 5 equal portions..
  • Take one portion of dough, flatten it, spoon some filling and seal the egdes together..
  • Now dip it in the milk and bread crumbs..
  • Heat the oil for deep frying and drop the buns into the oil..
  • (for best results fry one by one)
  • Fry till golden, it wont take very long, just a min or so...
  • Drain it and serve with ketchup..
  • Enjoy..



PICRORIAL :



Take all ingredients 
Prepare your pizza dough
Add butter in a pan
Add in onion and capsicum 
Toss for a min
Add in all veggies
Once it toss add in chilli powder
Add in tomato ketchup
Little bit of soya sauce
Sprinkle some oregano
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix well, remove it from heat
Let it be cool a bit and add in cheese
Mix well
Now the filling is ready, keep aside
Take the dough from the bowl, knead it again
Make them into five equal portions
Take one portion
Flatten it up lightly
Spoon the veg filling in
Seal the edges
Now it's done
Take some milk and bread crumbs
Take one bun
Dip them in milk
Drop them in crumbs 
And roll it well
Fry them in hot oil
It wont take long time to fry
Now it's almost done
Once it golden, remove it from heat
Drain it in tissue paper
Serve with ketchup
This buns are soft and fluffy
Enjoy..
