Crispy paneer fingers


This is a perfect appetizer for any parties... You could make this dish with tofu also... In the marination of the paneer you could add some lemon juice and tomato ketchup also... The paneer pieces in this recipe is so yummy and delicious...Paneer in this dish is crispy outside and soft inside... You could dip the paneer pieces in egg also.. 


But i think to making the recipe entirely pure vegetarian... T5his crispy paneer fingers are best paired with sauce... and as served it as a appetizers along with drinks oe even with your evening tea... Here the crispiy cruncy cootage cheese fingers are ready...

INGREDIENTS :

Paneer - 1 pack (sliced lengthwise)
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Salt - as needed
Cornflour - 1 tbspn
All purpose flour - 2 tbspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Tomato ketchup for seving
Oil - for frying

METHOD :

  • In a small bowl add paneer pieces, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Let it sit for 10 mins
  • In a seperate bowl mix cornflour, maida, salt, pepper with some water to make a paste.
  • Heat a pan with oil, Dip the paneer in batter and then in breadcrumbs and place it in a plate...
  • Make every paneer pieces in hot oil till golden.. Remove and drain it in paper towel..
  • Serve this with tomato ketchup...

PICTORIAL :


Take a paneer pieces and cut them into slices
Take them in a bowl
Sprinkle some chilli powder
Add in salt
Add in lemon juice
Mix well
Add in maida
Add in cornflour
Rice flour
Add in salt
Add in pepper powder
Mix well
Add some water
Mix well with your hands
Take some bread crumbs in a plate
Add the marinate paneer to the batter
Take a piece 
Mix it in the bread crumbs
Place it in the plate
Drop it into the oil one by one
Deep fry it in the oil
Drain it in a paper tissue
Serve hot with ketchup
