Aloo chilli masala


Aloo chilli potato has became one of most liked chinese recipes... If you prefer eating spicy food then dry or chilli potato without gravy will be your choice.. It is an execellent indo- chinese dishes in golden fried potatoes tossed with bell peppers, onions and exotic sauce adds remarkable taste and flavour to the dish...


Aloo chilli masala is a bit of tangy and sweet and this make a good side dish to go with veg fried rice, Some times i also make chapatis to go with the dish, the folks at home love to dunk chapathis gravy dish or sauce....The kids like both chinese recipes and potato recipes. so i combain this and prepared this recipes...so try this to your kids and they really enjoyed...

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins
Serve - 3
Recipe - chinese recipe

INGREDIENTS :

Potatoes - 3
Oil for frying

FOR MAKING CHILLY :

Onion - 1 (sliced into square)
Capsicum - 1/2 (sliced into square)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spn
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Hot and sweet Tomato chilli sauce - 2 spn
Soya sauce- 1/2 spn
Salt - as required
Coriander leaves - as required


METHOD :
  • First cut the potatoes into small cubes and deep fry this untill crispy and set aside.
  • Cut the onions and capsicum into cubes and then lets we start to prepared.
  • Heat a pan with oil and add in onion, capsicum and fry it for 5 mins.
  • Then add in ginger garlic paste and toss it well.
  • Now add in chilli powder and dark soya sauce and saute it well. 
  • Now add in a pinch of salt and fried tomatoes and toss well.
  • Then add some chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now the aloo chilli masala is ready to serve.


PICTORIAL :

Peel and cut the potatoes 
Fry it till crispy
Drain it 
Cut ur veggies
Heat pan with oil 
Add in onion and capsicum
Ginger garlic paste
Toss it well
Add a spoon of chilli powder
Add in tomato chilli sauce
Add in soya sauce
Add in salt
Add in fried tomatoes
Toss well
Now it's ready
Serve hot
