Eggless marble loaf cake / Chocolate & vanilla loaf cake

Eggless marble loaf cake / chcolate & vanilla swirled marble cake is delicious and simple cake recipe. The original recipe makes 1- 7 inch layer cake I made this recipe for my kids because they love both vanilla and chocolate flavour...

The pretty mable loaf cake ia a best combination of vanilla and chocolate batters that are swirled together just before baking to give that wounderful marbled effect. This delicious marble cake is from my best friend's blog. This cake is wounderfully rich and buttery with a moist and tender crumb.

A marble cake may look complicated, but it's actually one batter that is divided and then add in cocoa powder to one portion. The marbling effect is created by placing the vanilla and chocolate cake batter alternatetly in a pan, and running a skewer or tooth pic through the two batter to give it a marble effect and made it in a non cake mould pan.

This marble loaf cake is best the day it's made, but it will keep for a couple of days at room temperature or it can be frozen so it became so soft and i need to say, it's taste was amasing... You can try this recipe for your kids and they really enjoyed it...

  • Tap off the excess flour. Now the cake pan is done.
  • Spoon the vanilla and cocoa batter alternatively into the pan.
  • Use a tooth pick and make swirls in the pan. Dont get over excited and do too much.
  • Just stop at a point, if you work too much then you will not get the marbling effect.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 mins.
  • Insert a tooth pick to see wheather the cake is cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and cool it down.
