Here in south it's strawberry season for us untill the end of february. What better time for strawberry season than right before valentines day.. Perfect season to try these...I done a soft pretty cup cakes and the taste is so great. The strawberries disintergrated inside the cup cakes when they baked and they came out purple...I thought that was genius and would lighten up some of the sweetness in my cupcake.
The real teast was giving them to my family to try.. They looks fabulous as well as delicious.. Hope you will try this out and let me know it turns out for you....

makes :12 - 15 nos
items : cup cakes
INGREDIENTS :
All purposepurposes flourflour - 1 1/2 cup / 180 grams
Sugar - 1 cup / 200 grams powdered
Soften unsaited butter - 100 grams
Egg - 1Baking soda - 1/2 tap
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Strawberry puree - 1/2 cup / 160 ml
Milk - 1/4 cup / 60 ml
Pink food colour - few drops
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
METHOD :
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree c, Line muffin tray with cupcake cases.
- Sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt...
- Take butter, sugar in a bowl. use a electric beater to whip this up till creamy.
- Then add in a egg and again beat it till became creamy.
- Add in half flour mix and strawberry puree. and also vanilla and beat well.
- Then add in food colour and half of the remaining flour mix in and milk fold gently...
- Use a spoon to fill muffin cases. Bake it for 20 to 25 mins.
- Remove it and let it cool down. Now it is ready to serve.

Sieve flour

Sieve it well
Take butter in a bowl
Add in sugar
Beat well
Like this
Then add in a egg
Again beat well
Add in half of flour mix
Again beat
Add in strawbreey puree
Add in remaining flour mix
Ur vanilla
Food colour
Add in milk
Fold gently
Take ur muffins tray
Lined muffin tray with cup cakes cases and spoon some batter
Bake it like this
Cool the cup cakes in a plate
Enjoy this yummy cup cakes
