Eggless Heart shape Flower cake...


I love making cake with butter cream frosting, because they are so much fun to make and also they looks beautiful when finished... This is a lovely looking cake which i made for me on my birthday... My son choose the design for the cake... But my kids loved it.. and design which i made is quite simple so everyone can try it out.....

 

I got msg from one of my friend who asked me to post simple birthday cake recipe and it is so rich to looks... So i sharing this eggless version of a delicious vanilla cake which i frosting with a vanilla butter cream frosting...I have a eggless version of cake in my blog...

I always wanted to have a perfect no fail eggless vanilla cake recipe here and iam finally up with it. The cake turned out so soft and it really holded it shape well while frosting.... The green colour attract the eyes... Loved it.. I used a simple Vanilla Buttercream Frosting for this...

Preparation time : 10 mins
Baking time : 30 to 35 mi ns
Makes : 2 layered 7 inches cake

INGREDIENTS :

All purpose flour / Maida - 3 cups / 350 grams
Baking powder - 2 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Granulated sugar - 1 1/2 cup / 300 grams
Oil or Melted butter - 3/4 cup / 180 ml
Water - 1 cup / 240 ml
Vanilla essence - 2 tbspn
Curd / Yogurt - 6 tbspn
White vinegar - 2 tbspn
Baking soda - 1 tspn

FOR DECORATION :

Vanilla butter cream frosting 
Parrot green colour
Sprinkles

METHOD :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree. Grease some butter and place butter paper in the baking pan...
  • Now take flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a stifer and sieve it..
  • Take sugar, oil, water in a bowl and mix well.. set aside.
  • Take curd and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add it to the sugar mix, now add in flour mix....Fold it gently..
  • Now pour it to a prepared cake pan and bake it for 30 to 35 mins..
  • Insert a toothpick to test wheather the cake is done or not. If not, place it in the for 5 more mins..
  • Remove it from oven and let it cool for 30 mins
  • Now invert the cake from the pan and let it cool completely before icing..
  • Take a paper and cut like heart shape and place it on the cake and cut as heart shape..
  • Now decorate the cake using vanilla butter cream frosting as per your wish..
  • I done the cake like heart shape flower cake...
  • And it's is green coclour but you can add any of your colour as per your wish...
  • Slice and serve...


PICTORIAL :


 In a sifter, take flour
 Add in baking Powder
 Baking soda
 Salt
 Sift it and set aside
 Now in a bowl, take sugar
 Add in oil

 Add some water
 Mix well and set aside
 In a bowl, take curd and mix vinegar
 Add to the sugar mix
 Along with a good amount of vanilla
 Add in flour mix
 Fold gently
 Now the batter is ready to bake
 Prepare your pan
 Pour it to the pan
Bake it
 Invert it
 Peel the paper
 Place it on the plate
 Use kinfe cut the top, so you get flat top
 Divide it into two half
Prepare your Butter cream frosting
 Add few drops of green colour and mix well
 Now dolloped some over the cake
 Spread it 
 Place another cake
 Now cut heart shape in a paper
 Place it on the cake
 Cut it into heart shape
 Spoon some more frosting
 Keep spreading, to around the sides
 I use this tip
 Make small piping all around the sides first
 Then top around the sides
 Then inside the cake
Filled the gaps with some cream
 Now for a finishing touch, i took some sprinkles
Sprinkle it in the centre of the each flower
 Sides too
 Now all completely finished
Tada..
 Yum...
 Slice and serve
