Healthy Ginger Drink For Adults And Toddlers


For thousand of years, ginger has been prized for its medicinal effects, and sipping a ginger juice can provide relief from some uncomfortable conditions.. Drinking this juice may help settle your stomach when you feel ill.. Multiple studies helps suggest that the ginger helps relief motion, stomach soothing, sore muscle relief, relief pain medicine for women during menstruation.. 



Here iam giving two version juice one preparation for adults (which is a diract ginger juice) and another one for toddlers (ginger juice is dilute in jaggery to avoid spicyness).. So you must have it twice in a month, it will helps to relif all your problems.. So i hope that you must try this recipe (nattu maruthu) and let me know how its turns out from you.. 




Preparation Time : 10 mins
Making Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins

INGREDIENTS :


Ginger - 250 grams

Jaggery - 1 tbspn (according to your taste)
Water - 500ml

METHOD :



  • Take ginger pieces and wash well..
  • Then cut them into small pieces..
  • Now add them to a blender and make it a paste..
  • Now add some water and drain in a bowl..
  • Then keep them in a bowl for a min..
  • Then pour slowly in a sauce pan and heat it for few seconds..
  • Now pour it to a serving glass..
  • Healthy ginger juice is ready for adults..



  • Now for toddlers.. heat a sauce pan with a spoon of jaggery and ginger juice..
  • Allow to heat for few mins till the jaggery melts..
  • Now remove it form the heat and allow to cool completely..
  • Pour it to a seving glass..
  • Let's have it twice a month...



PICTORIAL :




Take some ginger pieces
Broken it and add them to the bowl
Pour some water
Rub it witn your hands
Now it is perfectly cleaned
Chopped them into small pieces
Add them to the blender
Make it a smooth paste
Pour some water

Strain them
Press it, with the back of the spoon
Now it's done
Now the ginger juice is ready
Now slowly pour the juice into a sauce pan 
You have see the impuries of ginger
Now it's done
Heat a sauce pan in low flame for a min 
Remove it from the flame and keep it for 1 min
Pour it to the glass.. Now ordinary juice is ready
In a sauce pan add some palm jaggery
Pour some ginger juice
Heat till the jeggery melts
Now it's done
Let it be cool for some mins
Pour it to the glass.. (it for kids)
Let's have it...
