I had long time wish to make this mini samosa... So finally i done this samosa on my kids birthday function.. Its tiny and looks very pretty too.. I had been in my draft for one month and finally i wants to post this recipe today.. So i thought of sharing it here, it is very easy, tasty, crispy, spicy and perfect for getting as a evening snacks.
I made this mini samosa with mixed veggies like potato, peas, carrot, beans and onions, you can make any type of stuffing into the samosa and fried it... I made this samosa with homemade samosa dough but you can make this with store bought samosa or spring roll pastry sheets....
Usually i wish to have homemade pastry sheets you can also visit my puffs pastry sheets and it's recipe... Here i make this samosa dough as like as noodles samosa which i have already posted in my blog... so you can try this recipe and let me know how it's turns out form you...

INGREDIENTS :
Samosa dough - as needed
Oil - for frying
FOR STUFFING :
Onion - 1 big (chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Beans - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Boiled poatoes - 1/2 cup
Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/4 tspn
Salt - as needed
Oil - 2 tbspn
METHOD :
- First prepare the dough and let it rest for 1/2 hour..
- Heat pan with oil and add in chopped onion and fry it for a min..
- Once it beacme transparent add chopped beans and mix well.
- Then add in boiled peas and mix well for 2 mins
- Add boiled and mash potatoes and mix well till they combained.
- Now add in grated carrot and mix well for 1 min..
- Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt..
- Give it a mix and let it for 2 mins till the raw smell goes..
- When it almost done add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Now let's prepare samosas.. take a small portion of dough..
- Roll it into circles and cut them into rectangles..
- Now take some stuffing masala and place it in the corner of triangle..
- Then fold it like a samosa..seals the edges carefully using little water...
- Prepare all the samosa like this and keep aside...
- Heat oil in a pan, once it smoke drop the samosa one by one into the oil..
- Deep frying the samosa in medium flame till golden brown..
- Drain it in kitchen towel or tissue..
- Serve with a cup of tea or coffee...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your stuffing ingredients
Prepare your samosa dough
Cook the poatoes and peas, keep aside
Heat a pan with oil
Add in chopped onion
When it became transparent add in chopped beans
Toss well for a min
Now add in cooked peas
Mix well
Now add in mash potatoes
Combained them well
Now add in grated carrot
Mix well and cook for 2 mins
Now add in spices powder and salt
Toss till raw smell leaves
Now add in chopped coriander leaves
Mix well
Transfer them to a bowl
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into circle
Cut the edges and make it like rectangle
Spoon some suffing on the corner and roll it like a samosa

Prepare all the samosa ready
Heat a pan with oil
Drop one by one into the oil
Fry it in medium flame
When it became golden brown
Strain it in a tissue
Serve hot with ketchup
