Italian Garlic Cheese Rolls / Garlic Pull Apart Rolls is a simple and eggless rolls looks perfect... These rolls are yummy to have and the house smell yummy... I love homemade buns especially garlic buns is one of my favourite...
Here the buns are rolled with butter, minced garlic, italian seasoning, oregano, fresh coriander leaves, makes the rolls more aromatic and flavourful.... Then they are cut in to medium pieces and place it on baking pan greased with some butter and cover with damp cloth and let them rest for 1 hour till it double in size...
Now they bake for 30 mins in preheated oven till they done, the rolls are so soft and buttery... It just melts in your mouth...So I hope that you must try this recipe and let me know it's turns out from you...

INGREDIENTS :
FOR DOUGH :
All purpose flour / Maida - 3 cups
Dry yeast - 1 tbspn
Salt - 1 tspn
Sugar - 2 tbspn
Oil - 3 tbspn
Warm milk - 1 cup or as needed
FOR GARLIC SPREAD :
Soften butter - 10 tbspn
Garlic - 12 to 15 cloves (grated)
Italian seasoning - 2 tspn
Oregano - 1 tbspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Mix yeast and sugar with warm milk and set aside for 5 mins, let they foam..
- Take flour, salt and oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour yeast mix into the flour mixture, mix well to form a sticky dough..
- Apply some oil over the dough...
- Cover it with plastic wrap or damp cloth and set this for 1 hours till it doubled in size..
- (Keep it over so they keep warm)
- Mix all the ingredients for garlic italian mixture, to form a smooth paste..
- Now take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 mins..
- Then dust some flour over the butter paper and roll the dough into round..
- Then spread garlic spead over the dough..
- Now roll it into log and cut them into equal pieces..
- Arrange them in butter greased baking pan..
- Leave little space between each of them..
- Now cover it with damp cloth and let they rest for 1 hour..
- Now preheat the oven for 200 degree C.
- Now place this in preheated oven and bake this for 25 to 30 mins..
- When they baked, take them out and apply some butter over it, so it looks shiny..
- Serve hot with a cup of milk..
- Enjoy..

Take all your ingredients
To activate yeast
In a bowl add yeast
Some sugar in
Add in warm milk
Mix it with a spoon
Let they set for 5 mins
Now they activated
In another bowl take flour
Some salt
Mix it well
Add some oil
Mix it roughly
Now pour the yeast mixture
Pour it slowly
Now it's time mix
Mix it with spoon
Once it combained
The dough will be very sticky
Apply some oil over the dough
Now it's done
Cover it with wrap paper
Keep it oven (off)
Let they rise double in size
Dough is perfectly done
Knock out the air
Knead it for 5 mins
Now take the ingredients for stuffing
Greated the garlic, keep aside
In a bowl take soften butter
Add in fresh coriander leaves
Add in grated garlic
Some salt to taste
Add some italian sasoning
Add some oregano
Mix it well
Take the dough in a butter paper
Roll it
Take some garlic spread using brush
Spread it evenly
Roll them into log
Now it's done
Cut them into equal portions
Take your baking Pan, apply some butter
Place the rolls, leaves some gap between them
Cover it with damp cloth
Now it's rises double in side
Bake them for 30 mins
Apply some butter over it
Now it's done
Flavourful garlic rolls...
Serve with a cup of milk
