After that I had no chance to taste it in any other restaurants.. So now here winter with little rain and cold weather season, so plan to give it a try and had with a cup of Chai / Ginger Tea.. it comes out very good and enjoyed it..

INGREDIENTS :
Peanut / Kadalai - 1 cup (soaked and boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
Tomato - 1 (chopped finely)
Raw mango - 2 tbspn (chopped finely)
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn
Amchoor powder - 1/4 tspn
Chaat masala - 1/2 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Black salt - a pinch
Salt - as needed
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
METHOD :
- Soak the peanut for 3 hours and cook in pressure cooker for 3 whistle.. (till tender)
- Drain it and prepare all the ingredients ready..
- Mix everything Up and serve immediately..
- Enjoy..

Prepare all your ingredients
Take all the spices powder and salt
In a mixing Bowl add in all veggies
Then your spices powder and salt
Add in cooked peanut
Add in fresh coriander leaves
Some black salt
Add in lemon juice
Now it's time to mix
Mix well, till they combained
Now it's done
Serve immeadiately
