I wants to make some thing different with the noodles pack and chicken pieces.. So I plan to make this fried chicken noodles with some vegetables, when I told to my kids, even more they help with the cooking too.... I was great hit in my home and they loved it..
It is very easy and satisified noodles recipe with fried chicken, eggs, mixed vegetables, etc.. There are similar noodles recipe in my blog..

INGREDIENTS :
Oil - 2 tbspn
Dry chilli - 3 nos
Onion - 2 (sliced)
Carrot - 1 (sliced into thin strips)
Beans - 5 (chopped one inch thickness)
Tomato sauce - 1 tspn
Soya sauce - 1 /2 tspn
Paprika sauce / Bellpepper sauce - 1/2 tspn
Vinegar - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
Sugar - 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Corinader leaves - few (chopped)
FOR EGG FRY :
Oil - 1 tbspn
Eggs - 3
Salt - a pinch
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
FOR CHICKEN FRY :
Chicken - 250 grams (boneless)
Corn flour - 1 tspn
Rice flour - 1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
Red food colour - a pinch
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Oil - 2 tspn
METHOD :
- First cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it well.
- Take them in a bowl and marinate it with the ingredients given in " FOR CHICKEN FRY" and mix it well.
- Now the chicken rest it for 15 mins..keep aisde.
- Cook the noodles as per the instuctions...keep aside..
- Heat a pan with oil and crack open eggs and add in some salt and pepper powder..
- Toss and scrumble the eggs till they cooked,. transfer them to a plate..
- In the same pan add some oil and add in marinated chicken pieces and fry them..
- Stir well, cook till the chicken pieces became soft tender..
- Remove them to a plate.. keep aside...
- In the same oil add in dry chilli and onion..
- Fry them till they transparent, and add in vegetables and mix well.
- Once they toss lightly, add in salt and mix it well.
- Add in all sauce, sugar and mix well for 2 mins..
- Once sauces are coated well with the veggies, add in egg and chicken pieces..
- Mix well, take some mixture out to the plate for garnish..
- Add in cooked noodles, vinegar and mix well till the evenly combained..
- Now add in fresh corinader leaves and mix well.
- Transfer them to a plate and top with some chicken and veggies pieces..
- Serve hot and enjoy...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your ingredients
Take the chicken pieces and cut them into small
Add in marinated ingredients
Mix it well and keep aside for 15 mins
Heat a pan with some oil
Crack open the eggs
Add some salt
A good amount of pepper
Toss it lightly till they cooked
Transfer them to the plate
Again add some oil to the pan and add in chicken pieces
Fry them in oil for 10 mins
Now the chicken is cooked
Transfer them to the plate
In the same oil add in chilli and sliced onion
Toss it well
Add in vegetables
Stir well along with the onions
Add little amount of salt
Mix it well
Add in tomato sauce, chilli sauce, paprika and soya sauce
Some sugar for extra kick
Mix it well
Add in egg and chicken
Some pepper powder
Mix it well, till they combained
Add in vinegar
Mix it well
Add in fresh corinader leaves
Transfer them to the plate and top with some chicken pieces and veggies
Serve hot..
