Restaurant Style Veg Noodles / Mixed Veggies Noodles


This recipe is most loved by my son and it is naveen's favourite recipe.. I already post veg noodles with instant mix...Here a easy recipe of veg noodles.. This is easy and simple homely recipes of indo chinese veg noodles and it is the kind one get in restaurants and street side indo chinese stalls...I dont think ther will be anyone who does not like noodles...


This version of noodles is made with less ingredients.. and veggies can be of your choice.. I skipped adding cabbage as i didnot have one when making the veg noodles... Use any good quality noodles which gives the taste good.. You can also use whole wheat noodles to make it even more healthier.. 


Today we learn how to make mixed vegetable noodles following these simple steps.. Hope thet you try this amazing noodles for your lovely kids they really loved it...

INGREDIENTS :

Boiled noodles - 1 cup (click Boiled noodles to view )
Garlic - 1 spn (minced)
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
Carrot - 3 (sliced)
Beans - 8 (finely chopped)
Oregano - 1 tbspn
Cinese seasoning - 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Butter - 25 gms

FOR GARNISHING :

Spring onions - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

Method :

  • In a non- stick pan add butter  and allow to melts.
  • Then add minced garlic and saute for a minute. 
  • Add in chopped onions, capsicum, cutted veggies, salt and toss it well untill the veggies cooked.
  • Then add in oregano, chinese seasoning...
  • Sprinkle some salt, pepper powder and saute them for a couple of mins.
  • Now add in boiled noodles and some cilantro. Tosswell and cover the pan with the lid and cook it for 2 mins.
  • Now the restaurant style noodles is ready to eat.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Click cooked noodles to view.

 Cooked the noodles
 Prepare your veggies
 Now take your spring onions
Chopped finely
 Add butter to the pan
 Now add in chopped garlic 
 Now add in onions and capsicum..
 Toss well
 Add all the veggies
Mix well
 Sprinkle some salt
 A spoon of oregano
 Some chinese seasoning
Now add in pepper masala
 Now it cook for 7 mins
 till the veggies cooked
 Add in cooked noodles
 Mix evenly
 Atlast add chopped spring onions
 Mix well
 Serve hot
 Enjoy.....
