During fasting, we always have fruit or fruit based drinks, Juice or Milkshakes in our diet.. Since most of the fasting food is fruit loaded, it gets essential to balance the diet and include food with protien and vitamins minerals... This is one of the regular milkshakes I make at home for naveen as he loves it... This recipe is simple one which is healthy and tasty at the same time..
I had no plan of clicking and posting apple milkshake... But my page viewers ask me to post milkshakes recipe in WattsApp so i declare to post milkshakes... lastweek when i was down with stomach pain and very tired too... but was itching to click so made this quick milkshake and clicked to hearts content....

INGREDEINTS :
Apple - 3 (skin peeled and chopped into cubes)
Chilled milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tbspn
METHOD :
- Peel the skin and chop the apples..
- Add them in the blender jar, milk, and sugar..
- Blend all the ingredients till smooth.
- Drain it and serve chilled..
- Pour the apple milkshake in a serving glass and serve immediately..
PICTORIAL :
Add them to the blender
Add some sugar
Chilled milk
Blend it well
Till it became smooth
Now it's done
Drain it
Serve immediately
Enjoy...
