Mushroom sandwich


I love mushroom sandwich and it my all time favourite one... I made this sandwich in whole wheat bread and i didn't use cheese at all.. It is simple and quick to make and yummy as well as delicious one...This sandwich is filled with spicy mushroom which is sauteed wth onions and butter... Each mouthful bite was so good..



The bread was so porous and  soft when i toast along with the sauteed mushrooms it taste superb and can be nade for a breakfast, a brunch or supper or even packed for a travel also it would be flavour ful and yummy..My other sandwiches recipes are

Cooking time : 15 mins
Serve : 2 to 3

INGREDIENTS :

Bread of your choice (I used whole wheat bread)
Butter - 2 tbspn
Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
Onion - 1 (large chopped finely)
Mushrooms - 2 cups
Oregano - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tbspn
Salt - as needed

METHOD :

  • Heat a pan with butter and add in minced garlic cloves...
  • Add in chopped onions and saute it well. 
  • When it became transparent add in chopped mushrooms and toss well.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper in it and mix well. 
  • Cook it for 10 mins till the mushroom cooked.
  • Then add in oregano and mix well. 
  • Now your filling is done...
  • Now take your favourite bread and place some filling on one side of the bread.
  • Cover it with another half bread and toast well...
  • Now sliced and serve hot with tomato ketchup...

Take your ingredients

Then add in onions and toss well
Till it became transparent
Then add in mushrooms and toss well along with onions
Now sprinkle some salt
Some pepper powder
Toss well for 5 mins
Add some oregano
Toss it for 10 mins till mushroom cooked
Take your bread slice
Spoon some fillings
Cover it with another bread
Then place it on the tawa and toast well
Flip over and roast

Now it's done
Slice and serve
