Homemade Mayonnaise tastes fresher and drighter than anything you can buy at the store... It is very easy and also it a eggless and low fat recipe... Since there is no much oil in this... I have already posted another eggless mayo in my blog before... you can visit it also.
Which start with a base of whote sauce... But this one is much healthier because it is made with cornflour... In this recipe final touching of adding Mustard sauce and olive oil makes the mayo yummy... You can store this mayo in fridge for 10 days... While storing it became thicker, take mayo in a mixer and add little more milk and blend it till smooth...

Makes - 1 cup
INGREDIENTS :
Cornflour / Corn starch - 4 tbspn
Low fat milk or Regular milk - 1 cup
Black pepper powder - 1 tspn
Mustard sauce - 1 tspn
Olive oil - 1 tbspn
Vinegar - 2 tbspn
Sugar - 1 tbspn
Salt as needed
METHOD :
- Take cournflour in a bowl, add in 1/2 cup of milk and mix well...
- Now take remaining milk in a sauce pan and heat till is heated up..
- Add in cornflour mix in slowly and keep mixing till it became thick..
- Sure there is no lumps should formed..
- Remove this to a bowl, add in remaining ingredients and use a whisk to whip till creamy..
- Refridgerate it and use as needed...
PICTORIAL :
Take your ingredients
Take some cornflour in a bowl
Add in half of the milk into the cornflour
Mix well so there is no lumps..set aside
Take the remaining milk in a sauce pan and heat it
Once it heated, add the cornflour milk
Keep mixing it
Slow your flame
Now slowly it became thick
Now it's done
Once it all thickened up
Remove it to a bowl
Add in salt
Some sugar
Sprinkle some pepper
Add in vinegar
Now whisk like this
Add some mustard sauce
Few drops of olive oil
