Papaya Honey Smoothie Recipe


Papaya smoothie is simple and healthy drink is perfect to have it, in the morning with your breakfast and make you feel "full"... I used honey instead of sugar which is low fat for your diet... I love the sweet flesh of papaya they have.. Just blend the ripe papaya, milk, honey in the mixer and serve as it is... It s creamy and smoothness to the juice..

INGREDIENTS :

Ripe papaya - 2 cup (peel and cut into small pieces)
Honey - as needed
Low fat cold milk - 1 cup

METHOD :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender and make them into smooth paste..
  • Pour into the serving glass..
  • Serve immediately..
  • Enjoy..
