Raw banana fry is a simple and quickest recipe that I making often those days at home goes well with Rasam, Curd rice, Sambar rice, Paruppu rice... Most of the time i buy raw banana and I make this raw banana fry or Raw banana puttu.. This raw banana poriyal is simple made with 5 ingredients..

INGREDIENTS :
Raw banana / Valakkai - 2 (cut into small pieces)
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - as needed
Gingelly oil - 3 tbspn
METHOD :
- Peel the skin and cut the raw banana into small pieces..
- Heat a pan with oil and add in banana pieces..
- Little bit of turmeric powder and toss well.
- Now add in salt and roast till it completely cooked..
- Now check wheather it is cooked.
- Then sprinkle some chilli powder and give it a mix..
- Slow your flame, noted that it should not be burn...
- Roast till the raw smell leaves...
- Now it's done, serve with rice meals..
- Enjoy...

Take your ingredients
Peel the skin and cut it into small pieces
Like this
Heat a pan with gingelly oil
Add in raw banana
Add in turmeric powder
Give it a mix
Now all are mixed
Add some salt
Toss well
Keep it for 10 mins or till it's cooked
Check wheather it is cooked
Now add in chilli powder
Toss well, keep it in low flame till the raw smell leaves
Now it's done
Transfer it into a serving bowl
Serve hot with rice recipe
