White Chocolate & Chocolate Chips Fudge Recipe


White chocolate fudge recipe is simple to make, smooth in texture and delicious.. You can store this in fridge for up to a week.. When I prepared this in last sunday, my kids loved it very much.. They emptied the plate within 2 hours.. 


I made this in microwave, For that add chopped white chocolate, conensed milk, butter and pop it microwave for 1 min till it melts and I just mix chocolate chips, chill it and cut them into squares and serve...

Makes - 10 to 12 fudges

INGREDIENTS :

White chocolate bar - 150 grams
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1/2 tbspn
Black chocolate chips - 1/4 cup + sprinkle 

METHOD :

  • Line a plate or square bowl with foil or cling wrap.. keep aside.
  • Take the white chocolate bar and chopped it finely.. (you can use white chocolate chips)
  • Now take your microwave safe bowl, add in white chocolate, butter and condensed milk..
  • Pop it in oven for 1 min and allow to melts..
  • Remove it and add in black chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Suddenly transfer them to a prepared bowl and flatten them..
  • Sprinkle some chocolate chips over it..
  • Chill it till it set.. 
  • Remove it and cut them into squares and serve..
  • Enjoy...


PICTORIAL :



Take all your ingredients
 Prepare your pan with cling wrap, keep aside
 Take white chcolate bar in a cutting board
 Chopped it finely
 Remove it to a microwave safe bowl
 Add in condensed milk
 Add some butter
 Pop it in microwave
 Cook for  min
 Now see how it'smelts
 Give it a mix
 Add in chocolate chips
 Suddely mix and transfer it to a prepared bowl
 Smooth it and sprinkle some chocolate chips
 Now it done
 Chill it for a hour
 Remove it
 Invert it and peel the wrap
 Now time to cut
 Divide them into three parts
 Cut them into squares
 Transfer them to a plate
 Serve chill

Mushroom Roti Parcel / Roti Stuffed With Mushroom Mix


Mushroom Roti Parcel is a easy recipe with a thin soft roti stuffed with mushroom mix.. First make the stuffing by tossing garlic, mushroom, chilli flakes, oregano and fresh coriander leaves in olive oil make the stuffing yummy and delicious..


I served this roti parcel with slice of carrot and Rose Milkshake.. This delicious and yummy recipe is packed with full of flavours and fresh mushrooms.. I love the core..

Resting Time : 20 to 30 mins

INGREDIENTS :

FOR DOUGH :

Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup + roll the roti
Ghee - 1 tbspn
Salt - 1/2 tbspn
Warm water - as needed
Oil for roasting the roti

FOR FILLING :

Mushroom - 100 grams (chopped)
Oilve oil - 1 tbspn
Garlic - 3 cloves (chopped)
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tspn
Oregano - 1/2 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)

METHOD :

  • Start by making filling, take oilve oil in a pan and add in garlic and toss well.
  • Add in chopped mushroom and saute it for a 5 mins..
  • Now add in chilli flakes, oregano, salt and coriander leaves, mix well.
  • Now the filling is done, keep aside..
  • Then make the dough, take flour in a mixing wide bowl..
  • Add in ghee, salt, add in water slowly and knead it into a soft smooth dough..
  • Let it rest for 30 mins, keep aside..
  • Take two balls from the dough an droll it lightly..
  • Now take one roti and spread some oil and sprinkle some flour on it..
  • Then place another roti over it and roll it little thin... 
  • Now sperate the roti and cook it for 1 mins on each side in hot tawa..
  • Then take one roti and spoon some filling on it..
  • Fold from the sides and now seal the sides with some wheat flour paste.. 
  • (mix one tspn of wheat flour with 1 tbspn of water)
  • Then place it on the heat tawa, spread some oil and cook for few mins..
  • Transfer them to a serving plate with slice of carrot..
  • Serve hot and enjoy..


PICTORIAL :


Take all your ingredients
Add olive oil in a pan
Add in chopped garlic
Toss it lightly
Add in chopped mushroom
Toss along with with garlic
Once it cooked
Add in chilli flakes and oregano
Add in salt
Mix it evenly
Add in chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well, keep aside
Then make dough, wheat flour in a mixing bowl
Add in ghee
Add in salt
Use your hands to rub it well
Pour the warm water slowly
Mix it roughly
Knead it well
To make a smooth and soft dough
Now it's done, rest for 30 mins
Take two balls in rolling board
Roll it into circle
Apply some oil and spread it
Sprinkle some flour
Then place another prepared roti over it
Like this
Roll it more
Then separate it
Place one roti on the heat tawa
Toast it lightly
Remove it to a board
Spoon some mushroom filling
Roll like this
Fold it lightly
Apply some wheat flour paste
Cover it with all sides
Place it on heat tawa
Apply some oil
Toast well on both side
Transfer them to a plate
Serve with some sliced carrot
Serve hot
