Here a new recipe with country chicken that all the children loved chicken 65 recipe which can be made with healthy country chicken is awesome.. It has lot of healthy benifits in than broiler chicken.. So my hubby take decision to buy country chicken twice in a week... And broiler chicken once in a month..
This is very simple and easily prepared roast yet tasty and delicious...This is one my son's favourite recipe and he loved it to the core.. I have already post few recipes in my blog..

Preparation Time : 10 mins

Cooking time - 10 mins for one batch

INGREDIENTS :
Country chicken - 1/2 kg (with bone)
Oil - to fry
TO MARINATION :
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tspn
Curd - 3 tbspn
Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
Red food colour - a pinch
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - as needed
METHOD :
- Cut the chicken into small medium size pieces and wash well.
- In a bowl add in all the ingredients one by one given in the list "TO MARINATION"..
- Then add in chicken and mix well..
- Cover it with lid and rest them in fridge for 2 hours..(so that the chiciken became soft).
- Heat a pan with oil and drop the chicken pieces one by one..
- Let it cook for 1 mins.. after 1min mix lightly..
- Then fry till it's done it's nearly 3 to 4 mins for 1 batch..
- Strain them in a tissue paper..
- Serve hot and enjoy...
PICTORIAL :
Take all your ingredients
In a bowl add in ginger garlic paste
Add in chilli powder
Add in turmeric powder
Add in salt
Apinch of food colour
Add in curd
Add in country chiciken
Squeeze some lemon juice
Mix it evenly
Close it with lid
Keep it fridge for 2 hours
Heat a pan with oil (i use groundnut oil)
Drop one by one carefully
Don't to toss, keep it to fry for 1 min
Give it a mix
Allow to cook completely
When it's done, remove it
Drain it in a tissue paper
Transfer it to a serving plate
Serve hot with lemon wedges
